Returns and Replacements

Retail Customers:

Returns or exchanges are provided to customers for defects in the products within 30 days. A defect is classified as a flaw in the actual workmanship of the core bag, and not with perceived imperfections in the artwork. Please thoroughly inspect the bags before use. Any defective product must be returned and received before a replacement product is shipped.

Note that each bag is custom hand-painted, and thus there will be slight variations in the artwork which add to the authenticity of the product. Bags are thoroughly inspected before shipment.

Wholesale Buyers:

All Zaz® Bag products are shipped from Nevada.

Returns are provided to Wholesale retailers for defects in the products discovered within 7 days after receipt. A defect is classified as a flaw in the actual workmanship of the core bag, and not with perceived imperfections in the artwork. Retailers are expected to thoroughly inspect the bags prior to retail display, and inform Seller immediately upon a discovered defect. Seller will replace with like-product within 7 days if in stock, or will contact Seller with delivery/replacement/refund options. Any defective product must be returned and received before a replacement product is shipped.

There are lead times for shipment depending on the quantity of items ordered:
1 - 19 bags: 1 week lead time
20 - 40 bags: 2 weeks lead time
Over 40 bags: To be discussed with Seller
